Microsoft Teams product is getting a lift up come March with Dynamic View feature.
This new view allows Teams users to share content side by side with participants. The new feature will automatically improve the visibility of shared content for example the dynamic content like earnings reports, slide decks, or videos can be displayed alongside other speakers) during a meeting or event.
“Dynamic view automatically optimizes shared content and video participants in Teams meetings,” the Microsoft 365 roadmap explains. “New controls let you personalize the view to suit your preferences and needs, such as the ability to show shared content and specific participants side-by-side.”
Currently in Teams, video feeds of other participants are tiny when people are screen sharing or presenting decks. Microsoft’s Gallery View for Teams will optimize itself automatically with this new view and allow participants to personalize the view.
Dynamic View will also more clearly highlight active speakers, people who have virtually raised their hands, and allow participants to pin people next to dynamic content. Microsoft Teams gives users more control over shared content, optimizing the meeting screen to give the best view of slides and other presentation materials.
